Buy some nice pork (on offer)

sprinkle sea salt, black pepper and ginger (no idea if it goes with pork...but i have it in the cupboard)

leave it there for 20-30 mins, turn it over, sprinkle again
then add some water and olive oil on top

make sure the oven is hot, leave it there on 200-225 degrees until brown-ish

I'm bored on keeping an eye on quantities and sequences...so I have decided to improvise. There are just a few cooking methods in the end, and those who invented any recipe were just experimenting themselves, right?







So why not me experimenting too? You can always add to any food some more salt , or sugar, and make it edible...

start by separating the white and yolk of the eggs.
whisk the whites with a little vanilla essence (or rum, or any aroma you like)until they are stiff. 1 large crunchy apple, cored but not peeled, and sliced or grated

Place the millet flakes and water in a small saucepan, mix together and bring to boiling point.

2 slices rye bread  toasted and thinly spread with butter

Heat the oil in an omelette pan
Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until softened, remove them ans set them aside on a plate
Pour the eggs into the same pan and stir until soft curds form.

100 gr turkey breast - at least, cut in cubes and let in a bowl covered in light soya sauce (comes with less salt)
                                  for minimum 10 minutes
2 peppers - different colours, cut in medium stripes, so it stays crunchy in the middle after's fried
1 onion - cut julien
1 carrot grated
